TSLAWCET 2027 Eligibility Criteria: Nationality, Age, Qualification

General Eligibility for TS LAWCET 2023

There are certain eligibility criteria that are common to both of the 3 year LLB and 5 year LLB programs. Such criteria are listed below:

TS LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2023 - Nationality

Candidates with the following nationality can apply for TS LAWCET 

• Indian citizen who is a native resident of Telangana state
• Candidates whose one or both parents have domiciles of Telangana state
• Candidates whose both or any one of the parents had studied in Telangana state

TS LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2023 - Age

TS LAWCET 2023 Eligibility for 3 Year Program

Law aspirants willing to pursue 3 years degree in masters in Law from TSCHE must meet the criteria given below:

Age Limit

A candidate with at least 21 years of age at the time of the exam can apply. The age limit will be counted till 31 December 2023.

Educational Qualifications

Candidate with the following education qualifications can apply for this course:

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree of a minimum of three years from a State or Central University in any discipline can apply.
• General/ OBC category candidates must have at least 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam
• SC/ST category candidates are required to have at least 40% aggregate in the qualifying exam.
• Final year candidates can apply for the program if they fulfill other eligibility requirements.

TS LAWCET 2023 Eligibility for 5 year LLB Program

Aspirants who want admissions in 5 year LLB Program provided by various colleges in the Telangana state have to fulfill the following criteria:

Age Limit

Candidates should be 17-years  or more at the time of the exam.

Educational Qualifications

Candidate with the following education qualifications can apply for this course:

• Intermediate graduates or of an equivalent exam from any recognized state or central board.
• General/ OBC category candidates must have 45% marks in aggregate or more to appear for the exam.
• SC/ST category candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
