Document to Carry for AMUEEE Counselling 2023

At the time of AMUEEE 2023 counselling, candidates need to carry the following list of documents to the counselling venue:

• AMUEEE Scorecard & Hall Ticket
• Marks sheet/grade sheet of the qualifying examination
• Transfer / Migration and Character Certificate from the Institution last attended (if not enrolled at AMU). If the Certificate(s) is/are not available, the candidates may give an undertaking on the prescribed format to submit the same by September 2023.
• High School Certificate or its equivalent in support of the date of birth.
• Ten (10) recent front-facing coloured photographs (in white background).
• Documents in support of Special Categories claimed in the Application Form.
• Leave the Sanction / Relieving Order from the employer for the entire duration of the course, if employed.
• Name Removal Certificate from the rolls of the concerned Faculty / College / Unit (if already enrolled on any full-time course of study at AMU).
• Two (02) Self-addressed envelopes.
• Two (02) Oath Commissioner’s Affidavits on plain paper
• Latest Certificate of vaccination for Typhoid, Cholera and Hepatitis “B”. (Applicable only for Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery Course)
• Undertaking before the Vice-Chancellor, AMU, Aligarh on plain paper regarding Compulsory 75% Attendance in each Subject / Course / Paper.

AMUEEE Counselling Process 2023

The process for counselling for admission in Engineering courses offered by AMU are given below:

1. Report at the counselling venue as per the schedule.
2. Specify preference of course / branch / main subject / stream / specialization / school.
3. Candidates are allotted a seat based on their preference and merit in the entrance test.
4. Carry all the necessary documents in proof of age, academic criteria, etc at the time of document verification.
